Financial controller

As a Financial Controller (with Chief Accountant functions) you will be responsible for: - Corporate reporting
- Supervise delivering country / functional accounting services provided by outsourced company; manage accounting and reporting process effectively; prepare / supervise month end closes and corporate reconciliation schedules; including delivery of conversion and adjustments to US GAAP , prepare / supervise any tax calculations declarations and annual statutory accounts.
- Contact person for tax authorities and tax consultants
- Act as a contact person for external and internal audits and ensure all files/records are thoroughly maintained for the audits.
- Maintain reasonable internal control and ensure all processes are in line with corporate and local legal requirements.
- Reconciliation of expenses and reports for company policies /procedures and local legal requirements.
- Maintain solid working knowledge of technical accounting skills.
- Establish appropriate communication with all business & support business partners in financial decisions
- Managing current assets & liquidity of cash management
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Minimum 4 years with the wide range of finance/accounting responsibilities in International company
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong Knowledge of Russian GAAP, knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
- Knowledge of 1C modules.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of technical accounting skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
