Global mobility coordinator

Requirements

 

• University degree, very fluent English both spoken and written;
• 2+ years of experience in the same position (coordinating expat and outpat mobility and employment) preferably in a multinational company;
• Very good knowledge of RF migration legislation, all rules and regulations regarding employment of foreigners in Russia;
• Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve difficult situations to the satisfaction of all parties involved;
• Experience in managing and coordinating multiple vendors; 
• Very well organized, punctual, good at dealing with figures;
• Self-starter, agile, persistent, working well towards deadlines.

 

Responsibilities

 

• Expatriate administration - administration of terms and conditions of expatriate assignment in Russia, letter of assignment and internal procedures associated with expatriate moves in and out of Russia;
• Relocation services (inbound-outbound-intercity) - move, house search, insurance, schools. Vendor management regarding the above-mentioned processes;
• Remuneration calculations according to Letter of assignment, providing calculation updates for payroll accountants on the regular basis, providing balance reconciliation for expat payments (salary and benefits);
• Acting as consultant on RF legislation regarding migration and visa process for peers in our location, and employees;
• Monitoring legislation to ensure that the procedures and timely reviewed and changes as per the changes in the legislation;
• Cross country alignment of the process, including business trips within Russia to set up the process in company locations; Representing the company in state bodies responsible for the above-mentioned processes (Registration chamber, Migration services, etc.);
• Working in close cooperation with Global Mobility Hub specialists in Europe and USA to ensure alignment and compliance to local law and Cargill policies.
